Weifang Beihai Fine Ceramics Co., Ltd., established in 2004, is a professional manufacturer of reaction sintered silicon carbide products, integrated R&D, production and sale. Our company is located in the beautiful city of Weifang and covers an area of 6000 square meters.



Our company now has more than 50 employees, 10 engineers and technicians. What's more, we own excellent production technology and advanced equipment, such as vacuum reaction sintering furnaces, high temperature carbon tube furnaces, etc. We introduce advanced technology abroad, and we own two patents now, including patent furnace body of the vacuum induction furnace and patent furnace body of the high temperature carbon tube sintering furnace.



The leading product of our company is SiC desulfuration nozzle. It is the key component of the sulfur removal assembly in fired power plants and volume boilers. The nozzles have many excellent qualities, such as high-intensity, high hardness, strong corrosion and abrasion resistance, long service life and so on. There are various kinds of nozzles, including spiral nozzles, eddy current linear cutting nozzles and special-shaped nozzles.



Our company also produces burners, rollers, beams, radiant tubes, rapid cooling tubes, thermocouple protecting tubes, crucibles, chemical pipes and other special-shaped products. The products are widely used in construction ceramics, domestic ceramics, industrial kilns, environmental protection of the power plant, paper manufacture, machinery and many other fields. The radiant tubes are widely used in the forging steel company. These products fill the domestic emptiness in many fields.
